The King Terrace is a two story, 6 unit building. A 320 sq/ft. room with a 48 sq/ft private covered deck to enjoy property views. Rooms are ideal for couples looking for a larger room and king sized beds. ​ Each of these rooms have a unique layout and differ from one another.

FYI - No phones or TV to interrupt your Denali experience! Rooms cannot accommodate rollaway beds.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy: We require a one nights deposit at booking, with the balance collected 14 days prior to arrival. Refundable up to 15 days prior to check in date less a $25.00 per room cancellation/processing fee.
All no-shows are charged in full.

Smoking/Pet Policy: Absolutely NO smoking or pets in any of our cabins/rooms or housing rentals. There will be a cleaning fee equal to one nights room charge plus a $200 damage fee.
TRANSPORTATION *We highly recommend you rent a car and drive to Denali do to the distance to/from the area. This will allow you the freedom and flexibility to explore at your leisure. It takes 8 hours to get to Denali by train or it is a scenic 4-4.5 hour drive. If you opt to take the train you will need to rent a car from Keys to Denali, 1-800-683-1239 or arrange shuttle service from Sheep Shuttle 1-907-683-7503 or Denali Transportation Services 1-907-522-5820 . You must make arrangements in advance.
