The "Carlo Guest Cabin" is located on the same 3 acre wooded property as the "Carlo House", a 5 minute walk from our main property McKinley Creekside Cabins & Café.
Max. 6 people.*NO extra per person charge up to 6 people.
Minimum 2 night stay, unless only one (1) night is available.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy for the Carlo Guest Cabin: A one night deposit is due at booking and the balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival. A 61+ day notice is required for a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee, or 45-60 days for a refund minus a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 44 days are non-refundable.
Cleaning fee Carlo Guest Cabin: A $99 cleaning fee is applied to the Carlo Guest Cabin rental. To avoid additional fees, we ask that you strip beds, remove all trash to dumpster. Kitchen/dishes are to be left in the manner in which it was given; clean counters, stove, fridge, and dishes cleaned and put away, otherwise a $75/hr fee will be assessed.

Smoking/Pet Policy: Absolutely NO smoking or pets in any of our cabins/rooms or housing rentals. There will be a cleaning fee equal to one nights room charge plus a $200 damage fee.

TRANSPORTATION *We highly recommend you rent a car and drive to Denali do to the distance to/from the area. This will allow you the freedom and flexibility to explore at your leisure. It takes 8 hours to get to Denali by train or it is a scenic 4-4.5 hour drive. If you opt to take the train you will need to rent a car from Keys to Denali, 1-800-683-1239 or arrange shuttle service from Sheep Shuttle 1-907-683-7503 or Denali Transportation Services 1-907-522-5820 . You must make arrangements in advance.
